6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy — whether by another agency, a client, or an end user — please report it immediately:

Include as much detail as possible, including the nature of the violation, the agency or user involved, and any supporting evidence.

7. Enforcement

We take AUP violations seriously. Depending on the severity and nature of the violation, we may:

  • Warning — Issue a formal warning with a deadline to remedy the violation
  • Feature Restriction — Temporarily disable specific features (e.g., AI auto-publishing)
  • Account Suspension — Temporarily suspend access to the entire platform
  • Account Termination — Permanently terminate the account without refund
  • Legal Action — Pursue legal remedies if the violation causes material harm

For severe violations (e.g., facilitating fake reviews, unauthorized data access, or malware distribution), we may take immediate action without prior warning.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP as new threats, use cases, or regulatory requirements emerge. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
