This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and subscription changes work on the ReviewBounce platform. We aim to be fair and transparent with all billing matters.
1. Free Trial
ReviewBounce offers a 14-day free trial (no credit card required) to all new agencies. During the trial:
- Full access to all platform features during the trial period
- You may cancel at any time during the trial — no charges will apply
- Your trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the 14-day period unless cancelled
- If you cancel during the trial, your account will be suspended at the end of the trial period
- Trial data is retained for 30 days after trial expiration, then permanently deleted
2. Pricing
ReviewBounce uses a simple, transparent pricing model:
- $3 per location per month — all features included, no tiers
- Billed monthly with no long-term contracts
- Add or remove locations at any time — billing adjusts automatically
- All agencies get the same full-featured platform regardless of size
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Going to your agency dashboard → Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
- Emailing support@reviewbounce.com with your cancellation request
3.2 What Happens After Cancellation
- Immediate effect: Your subscription is marked for cancellation, but you retain full access until the end of your current billing period
- End of billing period: Your account moves to a "suspended" state. You can no longer access the dashboard, and automated features (AI responses, review syncing) stop
- 30 days after suspension: Your data (profiles, reviews, reports, custom branding) is permanently deleted from our systems
- Google API tokens: All stored OAuth tokens are revoked upon cancellation
3.3 Reactivation
If you reactivate your subscription within 30 days of cancellation, your data and settings will be fully restored. After 30 days, you will need to set up your account from scratch.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Monthly Billing
All subscriptions are billed monthly and are non-refundable. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of the current billing month. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within the billing cycle.
4.3 Refund Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Account terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
- Dissatisfaction with features that were clearly described in the plan details prior to purchase
- Failure to cancel before the renewal date (we send renewal reminders 7 days in advance)
- Third-party service disruptions outside of ReviewBounce's control (e.g., Google API changes, payment processor outages)
4.4 Service Credit for Downtime
If ReviewBounce experiences significant unplanned downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours), affected agencies are eligible for a service credit proportional to the downtime duration. Service credits are applied to the next billing cycle and are not redeemable for cash.
5. Plan Changes
5.1 Upgrading
You can upgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading:
- The price difference is pro-rated for the remainder of the current billing cycle
- New features and increased limits take effect immediately
- Your next billing cycle reflects the new plan pricing
5.2 Downgrading
You can downgrade your plan at the end of your current billing cycle. When downgrading:
- The downgrade takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle
- If your current usage exceeds the lower plan's limits, you will need to reduce usage before the downgrade takes effect (e.g., disconnect excess business locations)
- No refund is provided for the difference between plans during the current cycle
6. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to exceptional circumstances, contact us:

- Subject: "Refund Request — [Your Agency Name]"
- Include: Your account email, reason for cancellation, and any relevant details
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
7. Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. If we increase prices:
- Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days' advance notice
- Current billing cycle pricing is honored through the end of the cycle
- Annual subscribers are locked into their rate until the annual renewal date
- You may cancel before the new pricing takes effect with no penalty
