These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ReviewBounce platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
"ReviewBounce" ("we", "us", "our") refers to the ReviewBounce platform operated from India. "You" or "Agency" refers to the entity or individual registering for and using the Service.
ReviewBounce is a white-label reputation management platform designed for marketing agencies. The Service enables agencies to:
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent. The Service is intended for business use by marketing agencies, consultants, and similar professional entities.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us at support@reviewbounce.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with materially inaccurate information.
ReviewBounce uses simple per-location pricing at $3 per location per month. There are no tiered plans, no per-seat charges, and no hidden fees. Current pricing is displayed on our website and is subject to change with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers.
New agencies are eligible for a 14-day free trial with full platform access (no credit card required). At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using the Service. You may cancel at any time during the trial. Trial accounts that are not converted will be suspended.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected. All fees are quoted in the currency displayed at checkout and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider.
If a payment fails, we will notify you and provide a 7-day grace period. If payment is not received within this period, your account may be suspended. Access to your data will be maintained for 30 days after suspension, after which it may be permanently deleted.
ReviewBounce provides full white-label capabilities, meaning your clients interact with the platform under your agency's brand. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of white-label features does not misrepresent the origin or capabilities of the Service.
On applicable plans, no ReviewBounce branding will appear in client-facing interfaces, emails, reports, or review funnels. Your clients will see only your agency name, logo, colors, and domain.
You may configure a custom domain (e.g., reviews.youragency.com) for the client-facing platform. You are responsible for domain registration, DNS configuration, and compliance with domain registrar policies.
The Service accesses Google Business Profile data through Google's OAuth 2.0 authorization flow. You represent and warrant that you have proper authorization from each business owner before connecting their Google Business Profile to ReviewBounce.
Our use of Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy. You agree not to use data obtained through Google APIs for any purpose other than providing reputation management services to your clients through the ReviewBounce platform.
You or your clients may revoke Google API access at any time through Google Account settings. Revoking access will prevent ReviewBounce from syncing reviews, posting content, or retrieving metrics for the associated profiles.
ReviewBounce's AI engine generates and optionally auto-publishes review responses on your behalf. While we strive for high-quality, professional responses, you acknowledge that:
Our AI provides sentiment analysis and categorization of reviews for reporting purposes. These analyses are estimates and should not be used as the sole basis for business decisions.

The ReviewBounce platform, including its code, design, features, documentation, and branding, is owned by ReviewBounce and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription period.
You retain ownership of all content you upload, create, or import through the Service, including agency branding assets, GBP posts, and custom response templates. You grant ReviewBounce a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. As an agency using ReviewBounce, you act as the data controller for your clients' data, and ReviewBounce acts as the data processor. You are responsible for complying with applicable data protection regulations in your jurisdiction.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
Support is provided via email at support@reviewbounce.com. Response times vary by plan tier. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 business hours.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewBounce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to ReviewBounce in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReviewBounce from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in activity that harms other users or the integrity of the Service. We will provide notice unless immediate action is necessary to prevent harm.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. Your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for data export, after which it may be permanently deleted. Google API access tokens associated with your account will be revoked.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. Before pursuing legal action, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
